These terms cover your use of this website, vectus.jomos.com.my. They are deliberately brief. Use of the Vectus platform itself (the Admin Portal, Driver App and Passenger App) is governed by the licence agreement between Vectus and the licensed organisation, not by this page.

What this site is for

This site describes the Vectus transportation management platform and lets you get in touch with us. The information on it is provided in good faith to help you evaluate Vectus. Product screens shown on the site are illustrative and are labelled as sample data; the names, vehicles and figures in them are not real customers or real results.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, and we do not publish testimonials, case studies or customer numbers that we cannot stand behind. Even so, features and pricing can change, and the site may occasionally be out of date. Nothing on the site is a contractual offer; a licensing proposal issued to your organisation takes precedence over anything written here.

Using the site

You may browse the site and download the brochure for your own evaluation and to share internally within your organisation. Please do not scrape the site, attempt to break into it, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Vectus name, logo, screenshots, brochure and site content belong to Vectus and JOMos. You may not reuse them in your own materials without our written permission, other than quoting short passages when describing Vectus.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram and app stores. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
